Very. Teachers give clear guidance and modifications so you can move at your own pace, without pressure or judgment. Flow, Strength + Stillness and our sound meditations are lovely first classes, and the two-week trial is the easiest way to begin.
Where is The Yoga Loft?
Upstairs at 212 S White Street in historic downtown Wake Forest, NC. Look for the black YOGA flag, then head up the white staircase.
What should I bring?
Comfortable clothes, a water bottle and a mat if you have one. We keep a few spare mats, provide blocks, bolsters and straps, and always have free bottled water.
How do I book a class?
Online with Book a Class, in The Yoga Loft app for iPhone and Android, or walk in 10 to 15 minutes early and we will help you sign in.
What classes do you offer?
Vinyasa and all-levels yoga, mat Pilates and PiYo fusion, meditation, breathwork, sound baths, restorative yoga, a free monthly community class, and seasonal workshops.
How much does yoga cost at The Yoga Loft?
A two-week unlimited trial is $45. Drop-ins are $25, class packs start at $80 for four, and unlimited is $119 a month or $1,000 for a prepaid year, with family, student, weekly and service memberships too.
Is there a free yoga class in Wake Forest?
Yes. First Friday Free Flow is a free, beginner-friendly community class at 5:30 PM on the first Friday of every month.
Do you host events and retreats?
Yes: workshops, moon ceremonies, breathwork, community gatherings, and retreats like The Sacred Pause in Nosara, Costa Rica.
Do you offer yoga teacher training in Wake Forest?
Yes. Our 200-hour Vinyasa & Yin Yoga Teacher Training with One Heart Yoga School is a Yoga Alliance registered program led by Nicole Bayer and Danielle Forghetti, with one training weekend a month over eight months. See the teacher training page for dates and tuition.
